General

What is Dall?

Dall is a mobile app for ordering fresh groceries and produce, delivered straight to your door. Available on iOS and Android.

What languages does the app support?

The app is available in Kurdish (کوردی), Arabic (العربية), and English. You can change your language at any time from your profile settings.

Is Dall available in my area?

During sign-up, you'll see a delivery zone on the map. If your location falls within the highlighted area, we deliver to you. We're actively expanding to new areas.

Account & Sign-Up

How do I create an account?

Download the app, enter your phone number, and verify it with a one-time code (OTP). Then provide your name, city, and pin your delivery location on the map.

Why do I need to set my location on the map during sign-up?

We use your pinned location to confirm you're within our delivery area and to know exactly where to deliver your orders.

Can I change my delivery address after signing up?

Yes. Go to Profile → Address to update your delivery address at any time.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account. You'll need to confirm your phone number for security before the account is removed.

Ordering & Products

What kind of products does Dall offer?

We offer a selection of fresh groceries and produce, including items sold by weight (per kilogram) and by unit.

What are the store's operating hours?

The store is open daily from 8:00 AM until sunset. You can browse items at any time, but orders can only be placed during operating hours.

What does "Coming Soon" mean on a product?

It means that item is not currently available but will be restocked soon. Keep an eye out for it!

What does "X left" mean on a product?

It indicates limited stock. We recommend ordering quickly before it runs out.

Can I remove items from my cart?

Yes. You can swipe left on any item in your cart to remove it, or adjust quantities directly.

Delivery & Fees

Does Dall offer delivery?

Yes, all orders are delivered to the location you set during sign-up (or updated in your profile).

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, a delivery fee is added to every order. You can see the exact amount in your order summary before placing the order.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Currently, Dall only supports delivery. Pickup is not available at this time.

Can I add delivery notes to my order?

This feature is coming soon. For now, if you have special instructions, you can contact the store directly.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery. You pay the driver when your order arrives.

Will online payment be available?

Yes, we're working on adding FIB (First Iraqi Bank) as an online payment option. Stay tuned!

Orders & Tracking

How do I track my order?

Go to the Orders tab to see your active orders and their current status (e.g., Pending, On the Way, Delivered).

Can I view my past orders?

Yes. On the Orders tab, tap the menu icon and select Previous Orders to see your recent order history.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Please contact the store as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Order cancellation depends on whether the order has already been processed.

How do I contact the store?

You can find the store's contact information within the app. Look for the store details section for the admin phone number.

I'm having trouble with the app. What should I do?

Make sure you have a stable internet connection and the latest version of the app installed. If issues persist, reach out to our support team through the store contact information.
