Dall ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile shopping application that allows customers to browse items, place orders, and select delivery locations. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Information We Collect

  • Phone Number & OTP: Used for account creation and login verification.
  • Name: Collected during sign-up to personalize your experience.
  • Location Data: We request foreground location permission to help you select a delivery address on the map. Your coordinates are sent to our server during sign-up to associate you with your city. We do not collect background location data.
  • Order Information: Items you purchase and optional delivery notes are sent to our server to process your orders.
  • Language Preference: Stored locally and sent with requests to serve content in your preferred language.

How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate and manage your account
  • To process and deliver your orders
  • To display relevant stores and items based on your location
  • To improve the app experience

Third-Party Services

  • Mapbox: Used to display maps and assist with delivery location selection. Mapbox may collect anonymized telemetry data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
  • We do not integrate any advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

Data Storage

  • Your authentication token, language preference, and profile data are stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage.
  • A secure HTTP-only cookie is used for session refresh.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to provide our service (e.g., processing orders through our backend).

Payments

The app currently supports cash-on-delivery only. No credit card or financial payment data is collected or processed by the app.

Your Rights

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app's profile settings.
